& I kinda miss Zehnder even though he ALWYAS made us look at the laminated stuff like Vicky said & after every trng he'll talk for close to 20 mins or more ! which I rmb timing him & cousin never fails to laugh.I still rmb the time he got into quite a bad moood ( that was the only one time ) & he made us run 30 mins , we were so pisssed.BUT ! He was a really good coach & I admire him for all the things he does , its like his passion can never die.
&&& dinners with the runners !
